Today Kneip is celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD). Marked annually on March 8th, IWD is one of the most important days of the year to celebrate the achievements of women, and the theme we chose for the 2023 edition is “Intergenerational sharing of experiences by women in leadership”
Hearing leading women from different generations share their experiences, knowledge, and advice is one of the best ways to inspire and empower future generations of women to take on leadership roles and make a positive impact on their communities. As part of this year’s celebration, we are delighted to welcome five exceptional women leaders for an internal roundtable discussion at our Luxembourg office this week. In this event, our employees will hear about their journeys, their experiences and some of the challenges they faced and insight they gained along the way.
- Marie-Jeanne Chèvremont-Lorenzini – Independent Director and independent advisor
- Stéphanie Noël – CEO, Victor Buck Services S.A.
- Camilla Cocozza – Head of Operations, Kneip

At Kneip we recognise the importance of gender diversity in the workplace, and we are very proud to employ successful women and men across all roles and levels of our organisation, compiling of 45% women and 55% men.
Society is diverse: we wish to reflect society
As an industry leader, we also want to be more deliberate in driving change and encouraging diversity and inclusion within our community by facilitating and participating in conversations that challenge gender bias and inequality in our industry.
One of the ways in which we encourage diversity is by reducing hiring bias. When applying for a role at Kneip, all applicants are encouraged not to mention their gender, date of birth or include a photo on their CV.
