Kneip is part of Deutsche Börse Group

On 1st April 2022 Kneip became part of the Deutsche Börse Group. Kneip will operate as a standalone business within the Deutsche Börse Group with the intention of acting as a central fund data hub for Investment Fund Services. In addition, Kneip will continue to offer its market leading services and products covering data management & dissemination, document publishing and regulatory solutions to the market. As part of this acquisition and Clearstream Fund Centre’s (CFC) role as a central supplier of information within the area of Distribution Support, Kneip will be appointed as the designated collector of all fund information (fund data and legal documents) on behalf of CFC as of 1st January 2023.
