Chief Executive Officer
Enrique Sacau has been CEO at Kneip since 2020. He joined from Equiniti Plc, the London-based specialist in technology, payments and financial services, where he was CEO of their Digital division. Prior to EQ, he was the MD for Europe at FNZ, the private-equity backed leading B2B wealth management technology provider. He started his career at Xchanging, which he joined after completing his PhD at the University of Oxford.
Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Our Chief Legal & Risk Officer, Corinne Bitterlich, has been leading Kneip’s legal, compliance and risk function for over 6 years. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked for BNP Paribas, formerly Banque Paribas Luxembourg, and IQ-EQ, formerly SGG Luxembourg, in senior legal and compliance related roles.
Chief People Officer
Cathy started at Kneip in January 2019 and has almost 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She is leading the human resources department with her team. Prior to joining Kneip, Cathy worked for TMF Group and was in charge of the Human Resources for the offices in Luxembourg, France and Belgium. Prior to this, she held various HR manager roles in the plastic industry, aluminium and cast-iron industries.
Head of Operations
Camilla Cocozza has been part of Kneip operations since 2017. She joined Kneip as part of the team that implemented the new Kneip Priips service. Since then, Camilla initiated and led the implementation of key initiatives to restructure and digitalise operations. For the past 18 months, she has been responsible for the day to day running of operations as deputy to the COO. Camilla holds a master’s degree in finance from Strathclyde Business school.
Chief Financial Officer
Nick Yeates is our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Kneip in 2020, Nick was the Group CFO at Akinova, a ground-breaking electronic marketplace for insurance risk. Before, he was the Finance Director for Xchanging's Xuber insurance software division. He has also held senior positions in other large corporations, including Accenture and BT.
Chief Commercial Officer
As our Chief Commercial Officer, Jacob leads our global product and sales teams with a commercial focus on growing Kneip’s global business. He focuses on the development of Kneip’s product suite in order to help our clients and partners to navigate the regulatory landscape and operate most effectively and efficiently for them to be able to focus on their core business. Jacob brings more than 20 years’ industry experience, having joined from Refinitiv in January 2021, where he led the sales function across the EMEA region and executed on Refinitiv’s strategy. Prior to this, Jacob led the UK account management function for Thomson Reuters.
Chief Technology Officer
Laurent Kaiser is responsible for IT and Engineering at Kneip. Laurent has over 20 years’ experience leading IT teams within the financial services industry. He joined Kneip from Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), the oldest private bank in Luxembourg, where he was Head of Digital IT. Prior to BIL, he was Senior Development Manager at Clearstream, a global player in the securities services industry. He started his career at LORIA (Laboratoire de Recherche en Informatique de Lorraine) by teaching IT algorithmics during his PhD in Computer Science at the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine.
Mario Mantrisi is responsible for New Markets, with an emphasis on new verticals, geographies and products. He has over 30 years of experience in international finance and regulation, including senior roles in Operations, Product, Strategy and Innovation for Clearstream, Bank of Tokyo, and Banque de Luxembourg. Mario is a native Luxembourger and Kneip veteran, having spent over 17 years working for the company. Mario took a brief break in 2017 and 2018 where he was General Manager of LuxFlag, a non-profit association promoting the raising of capital for sustainable investments through granting quality labels before re-joining Kneip in 2019.
Corporate Development Director
Kieran joined Kneip from Skillcapital, an advisory firm with a PE focus. There he was responsible for financial services and fintech across Europe. Prior to this role, Kieran worked in the Global Banking & Markets division at HSBC in London. He started his career at Mazars, where he trained as a Chartered Accountant in audit and transaction support. Later he moved to the consulting division with a focus on large financial institutions.
