Are the online job listings up to date?
Our online job listings are updated daily, i.e. they always reflect our latest offering. As soon as a vacancy has been filled, it is no longer shown in the job market.
How can I apply?
You may apply for any vacancy directly via the online form on each job offer here: Careers – Kneip.
What exactly does the application process look like?
After our recruiters and the respective department have thoroughly examined your documents, we will invite you to an interview with the HR team, to gauge your personality strengths and weaknesses and ensure you are the right fit for the company and its culture.
Once you have successfully completed the first interview, we will invite you to additional interviews in due course with the department (virtual or on-site, as circumstances permit). If we were able to impress you and find that you are a perfect candidate for our team, you will receive feedback and/or an offer after a few days.
Is a motivational letter required?
The motivational letter provides you with an opportunity to put your enthusiasm and interest into words, or to tell us about things that are not included in your CV. Tell us about yourself, why you would like to work for us and why you are the right candidate for the job.
When will I receive feedback on my application?
The time it takes for you to receive feedback from us depends on a number of factors and therefore varies from job to job. We seek to make the recruitment process as swift as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
Are tests/assessments carried out as part of the recruitment process?
At present, there are no aptitude/online tests or online assessments to pre-select applications as part of the recruitment process.
