Kneip Chief Legal & Risk Officer appointed to Board of Directors of IMS

Following its latest Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2021, the IMS (Inspiring More Sustainability) announced the appointment of three new board members. Ms Bitterlich joins alongside Julie Becker, CEO of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Sasha Baillie, CEO of Luxinnovation. In this function, she replaces Diane Muller-Kneip, former Chief Human Resources and Governance Officer at Kneip, who decided to step down after four mandates, and whose contribution and active participation to the IMS over the past 12 years has helped to drive the vision of the association and better serve its members.

With its 168 members (as of 31/12/2020), the IMS network represents 15% of the Luxembourg workforce and is the national representative of the European organization CSR Europe. Kneip is a founding member of the network and a signatory of the Diversity Charter Letzebuerg, a project at national scale which offers support and dedicated tools to better value diversity within organisations.

As a company, Kneip strives to foster a progressive corporate cultureWithin our organisation, every member of the Executive Leadership Team shares a common objective to lead the development of a progressive corporate culture, and we are driving a new diversity and inclusion programme sponsored by our Chief Legal & Risk Officer.

I am thrilled to be joining the Board of IMS and I look forward to support the association’s growth and visibility in Luxembourg and abroad”, commented Ms Bitterlich. “As an industry leader, Kneip wants to be deliberate in driving change, and we share the same aspiration as IMS in pushing for new initiatives in diversity, wellbeing at work and sustainability.”
