Teams for teams
Our people are based across multiple locations and countries and we rely on Microsoft Teams to allow us to communicate and collaborate and Zoom for webinars and online training. Here’s a guide on some tools to consider with pros and cons of each.
Events without the queues
Apple recently announced that its annual WWDC take place in a fully online format. The good news is that you don’t need to be Apple to deliver compelling online experiences since the technology is available to us all. Valuable content, easy registration and unique opportunities to engage with the community are all important things to consider when building your online event experiences.
Communicate well and often
Daily online stand-ups, chat applications, and video calling are all great ways for your internal teams to stay connected. For your clients, keeping them updated on how you are delivering your services to them is incredibly valuable and taking time to listen to the challenges they are facing and how you can help solve them.
