Your challenge

  • Monitor client success/satisfaction metrics and engaging with clients accordingly
  • Ensure multi product coverage for clients including monitoring, reporting, coordination, escalation, Invoicing, documentation and integration of new clients, products and services
  • Support the Business Development Director in building and implementing account strategies, including operational performance objectives and action plans for implementing these
  • Monitor internal and external KPIs and escalate to maintain or improve them at target level
  • Ensure concise and clear communication on client requests, resolve clients complaints quickly & effectively
  • Provide/arrange operational business and regulatory expertise to clients
  • Work alongside the clients in order to identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
  • Working with team heads to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations and product standards
  • Analyse and recommend innovative improvements to existing methods & systems, procedures, and issues impacting clients, focusing efforts on eliminating the root cause of recurring issues and to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of KNEIP

Who you are

You have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Investment Funds and/or life insurance and/or banking and/or Client Service
  • Capability to adapt to complex client facing situations. Confident and with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive-knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships internally as well as externally
  • Team player, Client-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, plus fluent in either German or French is considered an advantage
  • Being computer literate
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office package
