Introducing the new client dashboard

Two years ago we set on a journey to digitally transform our business, to offer more value to the Fund Industry by aligning our offering on one single, scalable digital platform. Today, 85 clients already enjoy the benefits of our digital platform across six products: Fund Registration, Target Market, Transaction Cost, Data Collection, Document Dissemination and Distribution Oversight.

For KNEIP, this is just the beginning of a journey to put fund data to work, globally. In April we’ll be taking the next step on this journey. For the first time our clients will have a consolidated view of their data on the digital platform, and the option to access help at any time of the day via the new support centre.

One transparent view of your data

A new interactive dashboard is being rolled out for all users on the digital platform. It will be automatically populated with their data and will provide a clear, consolidated picture of their fund data across all the modules that they subscribe to on the digital platform.

Help 24/7

A new support centre is being introduced on the digital platform, where users can find answers and information about the services they subscribe to. To access it, click on the Help section in the top banner and select “get support”. The support centre opens in a new tab. You can either browse user guides, onboarding guides and FAQs, or search for specific content.

The enhancements to the digital platform in the April 2019 deliver against the platform key objectives to give users more transparency and control over their data, more efficiency throughout and faster times to market. The above release notes describe functionality that may not have been released yet. Delivery timelines and projected functionality may change or may not ship.
