We want to lead in a deliberate way to foster diversity. This is because we want everybody to feel safe in our community: different but also respectful and mature. You can only foster this diverse community by being deliberate about it.
We strive to create a more equitable hiring process
One of the ways in which we encourage diversity is by reducing hiring bias. When applying for a role at Kneip, all applicants are encouraged not to include a photo, date of birth or mention their gender on their CV.

Cultural and age diversity
Our employees come from 24 different countries and constitute an age-diverse workforce ranging from 21 to over 60 (average 44).
