As Client Billing Assistant you will create all offer/orders or credit notes for all business lines based on a client request via email or via FundLook (our working system). You will also ensure production of Legal Announcements optimally treated within the defined deadlines & processes.
  • You will execute all orders/offers and requests received by clients whilst respecting priorities and tight deadlines
  • You will liaise directly with clients for Legal Announcements needs
  • You will update our pricing system based on information channels information
  • You will ensure the quality of the offers/orders
  • You will contact existing media for technical issues on a daily basis
  • You will perform weekly reports
  • You will keep KPIs under control and follow up of certification processes

You have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment:
  • You have a first experience in billing and/or booking field
  • You are fluent in English. Any additional language will be considered as an advantage
  • You have a good working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
  • You are well organised and flexible
  • You can work autonomously
  • You have demonstrated skills of rigour and precision
  • You have good communication skills and you are willing to deal with numbers
