Since 2005, KNEIP is a member of IMS – Entreprendre pour la Cité – a French non-profit organisation that promotes corporate responsibility towards society as a whole. KNEIP is also one of the foundation members of IMS-Luxembourg, recently established.

In 2006, all KNEIP employees have been encouraged to share their thoughts in order to determine which solidarity projects they wish to support.
The two following thematic actions have received KNEIP support in the Grande Region (Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany):

• Educational aid
• Aid to unfavoured or disavantaged children (socially, ethically, physically or mentally)
  

Since November 2006, KNEIP CSR Team actively selects and proposes to KNEIP Volunteers any actions that correspond to the above mentioned thematic and for which they have the possibility to devote support, time, competencies and motivation. Through social, sportive, cultural, economic actions KNEIP employees are sensitized to their citizenship role to contribute to better social equity and economic development of the Grande Region.
