KNEIP has obtained the status of Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) in the role of administrative agent. KNEIP is therefore subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg, sharing the same regulator as many of its clients.

As an integral part of the fund administration process, KNEIP provides a seamless interface with the fund company’s accounting systems. In 2006, KNEIP obtained SAS 70 Type II-certification by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, providing guarantees that its people, processes and systems have reached the highest levels of quality.

KNEIP clients can rely on its Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP) as well. In 2005, KNEIP has pushed its security level one step further by increasing bandwidth and capacity of its external replication and redundancy processes at Synstar’s Business Recovery Centre. The latter provides a highly secure environment enabling a direct recovery of activities should an interruption of any kind occur.

“We have increased performance of our external redundancy processes to remain available and flexible at all times. We must guarantee the speed and reliability of execution our clients are looking for,” explains CEO Bob Kneip.
