We are currently recruiting a Client Support Coordinator for our Sales Department. You may include any relevant training certificates. We are also happy to receive applications through your personal networks.
Functions:
- You maintain a relationship with a number of individuals within the client organisation.
- You receive client orders and requests and execute them whilst respecting priorities and tight deadlines.
- You coordinate with other KNEIP departments efforts to deliver the service, and follow up on the information workflow.
- You act as the key contact person for questions raised by clients and assist them in solving them.
Qualifications:
- Bac + 2 minimum
- 2-3 years experience in a Client Services role
- Excellent team player with proven communication and organisation skills
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, with very good knowledge of min. 1 additional language
