Lee Godfrey


Lee serves as CEO since January 2017. Lee chairs the management team with the objective of continuing to grow KNEIP and build on the leadership and expertise developed over the past 23 years.

Following his career in the UK and Switzerland within the IT arena, Lee joined KNEIP in 2008. As deputy CEO until 2017, Lee has made significant advances in new product development, process implementation and the company’s overall expansion through both strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

With a love for all things sports related, Lee’s ability to unite a team is admirable.

Diane Muller-Kneip

Chief Human Resources and Governance Officer (AUTHORIZED MANAGEMENT)

Chief Human Resources and Governance Officer Diane has been with KNEIP since 2000. Having held positions in London and Paris, her experience in mergers and acquisitions, and private banking has greatly enhanced the contribution she has made to KNEIP in that time.

Her commitment to the company’s CSR program to help children and improve education is unwavering.

Gary Janaway

Chief Operations Officer (Authorized Management)

Gary joined KNEIP in January 2017 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Gary has 25 years of extensive experience in financial services and was most recently Director of Operations at Schroders, after a career with the group starting in 1991. Gary has served on various fund and management boards and was a member of Schroder´s European Fund Services Committee. He was directly involved in formulating and delivering the strategy to provide services to Schroder´s investment fund ranges in Europe and Asia.

Catherine Lebrun

Chief Financial Officer (Authorized Management)

Catherine’s career began with an international education spanning Belgium and Sweden where she obtained her MBA. She then joined the Audit Department at Deloitte Luxembourg, where she worked on a number of audit assignments within the Financial sectors Professionals, banks, investment Funds and various holding companies, financial structures and not-for-profit organizations.

In 2005 she joined KNEIP as internal auditor, implementing the standards imposed by KNEIP’s newly-obtained PSF status. After assuming the role of financial controller, she was appointed to be KNEIP’s Chief Financial Officer in 2015.

Catherine is also KNEIP’s CSR leader, an active contributor to IMS’ Diversity Charter, and involved with the European Tutoring Charter.

Stephanie Noel

Head of Operations

Stephanie joined KNEIP in 2001 as a client service coordinator. After moving to the operations side of the business, she helped successfully develop the processes for KNEIP’s production of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) for UCITS-compliant fund managers.

Stephanie is an expert in Lean Six Sigma process management tools and possesses a Black Belt designation, which allows her to train others in their use. In 2014, she took up the position of Head of Operations, and joined the Executive Board.

Jean-Luc Brach

Chief Information Officer

Jean-Luc joined KNEIP in March of 2014 as Chief Information Officer. Before joining KNEIP Jean-Luc worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as European Commission program manager.

Prior to this he worked at RBC Luxembourg, where he was a member of the CIO executive committee and director of the RBC infrastructure integration program. He also spent nine years at Accenture, working as a partner and BeLux infrastructure consulting lead. Jean-Luc enjoys travelling and theatre, and is a welcome member to the KNEIP management team and Executive Board.
